Ganea, a recruitment agency specialized in Accounting & Finance, Human Resources & Payroll, Legal and Administrative roles, is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients — an international market-leading group based in Saint-Priest — a Key Accounts Credit Controller (M/F) for a permanent position.

Role Overview

Within the team dedicated to key accounts customers, you will be responsible for monitoring and securing cash collections in a structured and process-driven environment.

This position focuses on long-term relationships with key accounts, where data accuracy, follow-up quality and process compliance are more important than intensive phone-based collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor a portfolio of B2B key accounts clients
  • Analyse outstanding balances and billing discrepancies using large Excel datasets
  • Process and integrate data into key accounts customer platforms (dedicated portals, specific tools)
  • Handle and administratively follow up on disputes, credit notes and refund requests, in coordination with internal teams
  • Communicate mainly in writing (emails) with clients, in line with each account’s specific processes and deadlines
  • Update and ensure the accuracy of customer data (invoice status, payments, account blocking/unblocking)
  • Contribute to customer risk assessment, applying blocking or unblocking procedures when required

Profile Required

  • Proven experience in B2B key accounts management, with strong data analysis skills
  • Comfortable working with large Excel files and integrating data into customer platforms
  • This is a highly administrative and data-driven role, with communication mainly via email
  • You have a clear, professional written communication style and can adapt to each customer’s requirements
  • You will join a supportive and close-knit team, where collaboration is a core value
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and team spirit are essential
  • Very good command of Excel and standard office tools is required
