Ganea, a recruitment agency specializing in Accounting & Finance, Human Resources & Payroll, Legal and Administrative roles, is hiring on behalf of one of its clients — an international market-leading group based in Saint-Priest — a Credit Controller (M/F) for a permanent position.

You will join the Credit Control team and be responsible for one group entity, managing two international subsidiaries located in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse B2B customer portfolio in an international environment
  • Follow up on outstanding payments by phone and email in English
  • Handle credit notes and customer refund requests
  • Temporarily block and unblock accounts based on risk assessment and payment delays
  • Manage customers without financial credit insurance coverage

About You

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in customer administration within an international environment
  • You are fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • You are known for your strong communication skills, customer focus, and ability to build relationships
  • You are proactive, solution-oriented, and motivated by achieving targets
  • You are comfortable working with numbers, Excel, and standard office tools

What’s on Offer
