From a very young age, I’ve always felt a strong need to explore, to understand, to discover the world around me.
Naturally, I chose to pursue studies in international business and tourism, with a clear ambition in mind: to travel the world and build a career within that environment.
But life led me on a very different journey — the world of recruitment.
There, I discovered a new way to feed my curiosity: no longer through destinations, but through the stories and life paths of the candidates I support, and through the recruitment needs of the companies I help find the right person.
For the past 8 years, I’ve been fortunate to work in a role that connects people and opens the door to new professional adventures.
Because changing jobs is also a form of exploration. It means leaving familiar ground to step into something new, with that mix of uncertainty, trust, and the desire to move forward together.
Understanding each person’s vision and project in order to create the right connection — one that truly makes sense — is what deeply drives me.
And when you love what you do, you naturally want to invest yourself fully and do it with sincerity. That need to stay aligned with my values and my vision is what led me to create the firm three years ago.
Even today, it is that same curiosity — my very first compass — that guides me. It pushes me to understand people’s stories, to take the time to truly listen, and to create authentic connections.
